Triops cancriformis. How to survive at climate change?

This project is a study of the Triops cancriformis egg resistance to high temperatures and the analysis of its chemical composition by thermal analysis up to 1000ºC and observation with scanning electron microscope. This would explain why it has survived the great extinctions of our planet and why it is considered a living fossil retaining the same appearance as more than 200 million years ago in the Triassic period.
